Untitled

My despondent thoughts linger and have carried me through hollow trees
and frighten that I am from fluorescent lights hiding your eyes
as your lip form tears stroke your face, while he bashes your head
and an unforgettable forgetting father then takes his place in bed
as I sing ‘blood is thick and water is refreshing’
trying to run from a shameful staircase
to end up to this hollow tree, this giving tree
for me to burden her once more
just to again turn my back from lost faith
since she can’t provide anymore
So, I’m beat and walking
shutting my eyes, going back to a place where I loved her
for I am lost and have abandon my mother
I have lost love; my mother
